Read off the firm’s own terms and, where one exists, the company register of the country named. A prop firm holds no financial licence, so there is no regulator to check these against — which is the reason to know the names rather than a reason not to publish them. How to check this yourself.

The split here is what a newly funded trader is paid, not the best number the firm advertises — on four of the eight in this directory those are different numbers. Why the headline is usually a ceiling.
What we checked on E8 Markets
17 Sept 2026A Texas company sells the contract and a Saint Lucia company runs the MT5 accounts, which is most of what its traders use. Both are named in its own terms — the disclosure is there, it is just not where the marketing is.
Dallas and Rodney Bay
E8 Funding LLC, at 4101 McEwen Rd #205, Dallas, Texas, is the company a participant contracts with, and the terms of service say so directly 2. E8 Markets Ltd, registration 2025-00347, at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, is incorporated in Saint Lucia 2.
The division is on platform lines rather than geography, which is the detail worth having. E8 Markets Ltd operates MT5; E8 Funding LLC operates TradeLocker, cTrader and Match-Trader 2. So which company holds your account depends on which platform you picked when you signed up — a choice most traders make on habit, without being told it selects a jurisdiction.
A US registration is worth something: Texas has a public company registry and US courts are reachable. Saint Lucia is an offshore registry, and a 2025 registration number on a company running accounts for a firm founded in 2021 says the arrangement is recent. Neither is a finding against E8. Both are things a reader deciding between firms should be able to see in one place.
One rule we could not settle, and are not going to guess at
E8’s site refuses our servers outright — the terms page, the help centre and the review aggregators all answer 403 — so nothing here was fetched by us directly. The entity detail above is from the firm’s own terms as indexed elsewhere, which is weaker evidence than a page we read, and the sources list says so.
That matters most for one field. Several independent accounts of E8’s rules describe a best-day consistency rule — no single day above 40% of total profit on E8 One, tightening to 35% on Signature accounts — and a requirement that net profit exceed half the daily drawdown before a payout 1. Our record says this firm has no consistency rule at all. One of those is wrong, and the difference is not cosmetic: a consistency rule is the single biggest thing standing between a good week and a passed account.
We have not changed the record. The rule on this site is that a source a person could not read at the origin is enough to go and look and not enough to overwrite a field — the same restraint applied to a copy-trading claim on the Exness page. So the discrepancy is in the open questions below, where somebody with a browser can settle it, rather than quietly swapped into a table as though we had checked.
What is not in doubt is the shape of the split. E8’s base share is the one on this page, with higher shares sold as an upfront add-on at checkout 1 — the second firm in this directory, after FundedNext, where the headline percentage is a thing you buy rather than a thing you earn.

Still open
- Whether E8 applies a best-day consistency rule is unresolved. Several accounts say 40% on E8 One and 35% on Signature; our record says none. Somebody who can reach the help centre should read it and settle the field either way.
- The Texas registration number was not found and is not published here. The Secretary of State register would settle it.
- No rule or cost figure on this page was re-read from E8’s live site on this pass, because the site refuses our requests.

Full rankingE8 Markets — common questions
How does E8 Markets measure drawdown?
E8 Markets trails the 8% limit on your end-of-day balance, so profits locked in at the close permanently raise the floor.
Does E8 Markets have a consistency rule?
Not on our record — but E8 Markets’ own pages refuse our requests, so nobody here has confirmed that where the rules are published. Treat it as unchecked rather than settled.
What does an E8 Markets challenge cost?
Normalised to a $100k account, $588. E8 Markets prices several account sizes; comparing per $100k is the only way to compare firms directly.
Is E8 Markets regulated?
No, and no prop firm is. E8 Markets sells access to a simulated account rather than a financial service, which is outside what financial regulators license. That is why the company behind it, and the country it is registered in, is the whole of what a trader could ever act on.
Which company would I be contracting with at E8 Markets?
E8 Funding LLC, registered in the United States — but your account is run by E8 Markets Ltd in St Lucia. E8 Markets names 2 companies in its own terms, and which one owes you depends on what went wrong.
What profit split does E8 Markets actually pay?
80% to a newly funded trader, which is not always the number a prop firm leads with — four of the eight firms ranked here advertise a higher share that is the top of a range, or in one case a paid upgrade. The figure on this page is what you start on.
Have these E8 Markets figures been checked?
Not at the source. E8 Markets’ own pages refuse our requests, so the rules and costs above were not read where they are published — only where others have quoted them. That is scored openly as the evidence component rather than left as a footnote, and it is a fact about our reading rather than about the firm.
