Is it just you?

The live count for RoboForex is not loaded on this copy of the page yet. You can still report a problem — it is recorded straight away and shows up here shortly.

RoboForex in short

The licence number this site published for RoboForex is on no document RoboForex publishes. Its own regulation page names one company, in Belize, under a number we did not have. The group does hold a CySEC licence and a German one — behind a different brand, on a different website, which roboforex.com does not mention anywhere.

What is good

  • 2 tier-1 licences that actually take retail clients — CySEC, BaFin
  • A statutory compensation scheme in at least one jurisdiction — ICF up to €20,000
  • A swap-free account is available
  • You can open an account with $10
  • States withdrawals are processed the same day — their claim, not our measurement
  • Funds and withdraws in crypto as well as by bank and card
  • Three or more platforms, not just the house one — MT4, MT5, CTRADER, PROPRIETARY
  • Prices as an ECN rather than against you on a dealing desk
  • Copy trading is built in rather than bolted on by a third party

What it costs you

  • Outside the countries the licensed entities name you sign with RoboForex Ltd in Belize — no compensation scheme
  • Dearer than 7 of the other 9 here, at 1.10 pips all in
  • Offers leverage up to 1:2000, which no tier-1 regulator allows a retail client
  • Does not publish which company serves which country
  • Publishes no audited group accounts

Both lists are generated from the record on this page and from how it compares with the other nine brokers here. Nothing on either side was written to be flattering, and a correction to the data rewrites them the same day.

What we checked on RoboForex

16 Sept 2026

The licence number this site published for RoboForex is on no document RoboForex publishes. Its own regulation page names one company, in Belize, under a number we did not have. The group does hold a CySEC licence and a German one — behind a different brand, on a different website, which roboforex.com does not mention anywhere.

We had the wrong number

This record carried Belize licence 000138/7. RoboForex’s own regulation page says something else: "RoboForex Ltd is a financial brokerage company registered with the Financial Services Commission of Belize under Licence Number 9759600, Registration Number 000001272" 2. One of those is the broker’s and one is ours, and it is not a close call.

Where 000138/7 came from we do not know, and the honest thing is to say that rather than quietly swap it. Belize numbers are the ones that circulate wrongly — four different suffixes are published for XM’s Belize company on another page in this directory — and the register that would settle any of them is an application we cannot read. This one is at least now the number the broker itself prints.

The EU licences are real and they are not on this site

RoboMarkets Ltd holds CySEC licence 191/13, and we read that off the register ourselves 1. RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH is authorised by BaFin. Both are in the same group as RoboForex Ltd, and both are behind robomarkets.com rather than roboforex.com.

The interesting thing is what RoboForex’s own regulation page says about them, which is nothing. It names one company and one licence. There is no group diagram, no "our European entity", no link. A reader on roboforex.com is being offered exactly one thing: a Belize company.

That is unusual and, in a narrow sense, honest. Most of the brokers in this directory put their tier-1 licences on the page a reader in Nigeria or Vietnam lands on, and then sign that reader with an offshore company. RoboForex does not advertise a licence it will not give you. It simply does not give you one.

Both RoboMarkets rows are on the entity map with the brand beside them and no country against them, because a licence that onboards nobody from this page protects nobody reading it. They score nothing, which is why this broker’s regulation component is 2.5 rather than 10.

What Belize actually gives you

A licence, which is more than St Vincent or Comoros offer, and no compensation scheme. If RoboForex Ltd fails there is no fund to claim on, and the leverage on offer — far beyond anything a tier-1 regulator permits a retail client — is the reason the company is there rather than in Cyprus with its sibling.

Nothing about that is hidden and none of it is illegal. It is the trade, and this page’s job is to make sure a reader knows they are taking it.

It is worth being precise about what a Belize licence does buy, because "offshore" is used to mean four different things across this directory and they are not equivalent. Belize licenses under a securities act, requires capital, and publishes a register — it is supervision, thinly. St Vincent, where two other brokers here are registered, issues no forex licence at all and says so. The Comoros body a third claims a licence from is one the Comoros central bank calls fictitious. On that scale Belize is the top of the bottom, and RoboForex is the best-placed of the four brokers in this directory whose clients have no compensation scheme.

What we searched and did not find

No enforcement action against RoboForex Ltd or RoboMarkets Ltd turned up in the registers and outlets we checked: no fine, no restriction, no warning list entry, no litigation. The conduct component therefore scores ten, meaning a person looked on 16 September 2026 and found nothing.

Belize remains unreadable from here, so the licence number above is the broker’s claim rather than a register reading, and the verification panel on this page says so.

  • Where 000138/7 came from is unknown. It was in this record before anyone checked, and the only thing we can say is that the broker does not use it.
  • Belize’s register is an application we cannot read, so the new number is the broker’s claim and not a confirmed reading.
  • Whether a reader can move from roboforex.com to the RoboMarkets entities, and on what terms, is not described on either site.

How we score

What RoboForex is

RoboForex has been trading since 2009, which is 17 years, and runs from Belize. It holds 3 licensed entities across IFSC-BZ, CySEC and BaFin — which is not the same thing as being one company.

On this site it ranks 8th of 10 brokers. That puts it in the lower third of what we cover, on published weights rather than on an opinion. The weights are on the methodology page and nothing paid for the position.

Who regulates RoboForex

RoboForex Ltd, incorporated in Belize, holds IFSC-BZ licence 9759600 (registered) and takes everyone else. RoboMarkets Ltd, incorporated in Cyprus, holds CySEC licence 191/13 (authorised) and names no country it onboards. RoboMarkets Deutschland GmbH, incorporated in Germany, holds BaFin licence 10154068 (authorised) and names no country it onboards.

2 of those are tier-A regulators — a public register you can search and a statutory compensation scheme behind each: CySEC’s ICF up to €20,000 and BaFin’s EdW up to €20,000.

There is no country-by-country entity here. Everyone signs with RoboForex Ltd, regulated by IFSC-BZ, which is not a tier-A regulator, wherever they live — so the protection a reader in London gets is the protection a reader anywhere else gets.

What trading RoboForex costs

RoboForex publishes a typical EUR/USD spread of 1.1 pips and charges no commission, so the spread is the whole of the cost. All in, a round turn costs about 1.10 pips.

The median across the 10 brokers ranked here is 0.90 pips, so this is the 8th-cheapest of them and above the median. A published spread is a typical spread: it widens on news and around the session close, and no broker publishes that number.

A swap-free account is available, which matters if overnight interest is not something you can take.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can fund an account by bank transfer, debit and credit card, crypto and e-wallets. The stated minimum is $10, which is lower than 5 of the other 9 brokers here.

RoboForex states that withdrawals are processed in about 1 hours. That is the broker's own figure and this site has not measured it. Processing time is also not arrival time: the payment rail adds its own, and a card refund is slower than the broker's end of it.

Platforms and execution

RoboForex offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, its own platform, a web terminal and a mobile app, and has copy trading built in.

Orders are filled on ECN execution, which routes orders to a pool of liquidity providers rather than filling them in-house. Leverage goes to 1:2,000, which is higher than any tier-A regulator permits a retail client — it is available through the offshore entity, not through the licensed European or Australian one.

What RoboForex says about itself

RoboForex publishes that client money is held separately from its own.

It does not publish which entity serves which country, audited accounts and who owns it. That is not evidence of anything on its own — plenty of sound companies are private — and it is the difference between a claim you can check and one you have to take on trust.

Where RoboForex is strong, and where it is not

Its best component is regulatory & legal record, at 10.0 out of 10. Its weakest is regulation & licensing, at 2.5. Those two are what the score is mostly made of, and a reader for whom regulation & licensing is the deciding factor should read that row of the breakdown rather than the total.

The short version: a tier-A licence, at a cost above the median for this list.

What this review has not checked

No editor has verified the costs and the funding terms on this record against RoboForex's own pages. Everything above is read from what the company publishes, and this site says so rather than implying otherwise.

This page is generated from the record above it, so it cannot drift from it: correct a field and the paragraph changes with it. What it will never contain is an opinion about a support team, a platform's feel, or how a withdrawal went — those need people, and when this site has enough verified reviews to say something about them it will say it in the reviews section, with the count attached.

Written from the record on this page, not about it. Every sentence above is a reading of a field you can see here, so a correction to the data corrects the text the same day.
